Processing Cycle
D&M Produce, Inc. produces high quality tomatoes, watermelons and cantaloupes. Season starts mid-November and ends in May.
RECEIVING AREA
All product is harvested in plastic bins to T-Gap and PrimusLabs.com specifications.
DUMPTANK AREA
Product is then run thru a chlorinated warm water bath to T-Gap and PrimusLabs.com specifications.
GRADING AREA
Gloves and hair coverings are required during processing hours, to avoid possible contamination.
RINSING
After exiting chlorinated warm bath, product then goes thru a city water cold rinse.
PLANT IN OPERATION
STACKING AREA
String nit gloves are worn by employees to prevent any skin to product contact.
PLANT OVERVIEW
Only new HT Pallets are used for tomato processing.
COOLERS
(PRODUCT STORAGE)
Coolers are washed and sanitized after each use.

SHIPPING
Product is then loaded on to customer truck, upon passing truck clealiness inspection.
